Who Provides Your Roof Financing
Smart Choice Contracting finances through Service Finance Company, one of the largest home improvement lenders in the country. We chose them for two reasons: their size and track record, and their direct affiliation with Owens Corning, the manufacturer of the shingles we install. You are financing through an established lender, not a name we signed up with last week.

How financing approval works
Approval is fast. The application takes about five minutes and you get an answer in under two minutes.
In Person
Your estimator runs it on a phone app. Scan your license, answer a few questions about your income and employment, and you have an answer before they leave.
Online
Click Apply Now, enter your project amount and any down payment, and submit the same application yourself.
You will get one of three answers: approved, approved on different terms (a counter-offer), or declined. If you qualify for terms other than the 0% plan, your estimator explains exactly what you were approved for before anything moves forward.
Options if the 0% plan is not the right fit
The 0% over five years works for most homeowners, but it is not the only option. If that monthly payment does not suit you, there are others:
Approval is based on your overall credit, not a posted minimum score. Many homeowners with less-than-perfect credit still qualify, sometimes on different terms than the 0% plan.
